Ingredients
* One avocado
* Two cups of fresh, washed spinach
* Two cabbage leaves
* Half a green apple
* 70 ml Borges Natura walnut drink

Step by Step
Wash the vegetables well, cut the avocado into small pieces and put all the ingredients into a blender jar. Add the walnut drink, blend well (add more walnut drink if it’s too thick) and, if you like it cold, add a couple of large ice cubes.
