* 215gr sugar
* 120gr Egg whites
* 100gr Butter 26º
* Borges Supreme Nut Cocktail
For the icing
* 100gr water
* 500gr icing sugar

Step by Step
Mash up almond flour and sugar. Mix it with egg yolks. Add butter at 26ºC. This recipe admits 50 gr. of fruit juice.Icing:
Mix water with icing sugar and pour the mix over the financiers.
Bake at 200ºC for 5 minutes.
