Fun and tasty ginger biscuits you can make with your kids!

Ingredients
* 200 g wholemeal flour
* 100 g agave syrup
* 25 g extra-virgin olive oil
* 1 teaspoonful of ground ginger
* 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoonful of bicarbonate of soda

Step by Step
Mix the flour, cinnamon, ginger and bicarbonate of soda together in a large bowl. Add the extra-virgin olive oil and agave syrup. Knead well by hand.When you’ve got a smooth mixture, roll it out on a surface using a rolling pin to create the shape you want (you can use some fun pastry cutters if you like).
Arrange the shapes on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10–12 minutes at 180 ºC. Let the biscuits cool before serving.
