Mediterranean salad with kale

Ingredients
* 1 curly kale
* 2 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
* 1 spring onion
* A handful of Borges black olives
* 1 tin of tuna
* 100 g fresh cheese
* Extra virgin olive oil Borges

Step by Step
Wash the curly kale and arrange in a bowl. Chop the tomatoes into chunks and add to the bowl, together with the spring onion, tuna, cubed fresh cheese and black olives, either sliced or left whole.Make a vinaigrette with extra-virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and a pinch of salt and dress the salad. Top off with some fresh basil (optional).
