MIXED SALAD

Ingredients
* 1 lettuce
* 100gr lamb’s lettuce
* 2 carrots, grated
* 200gr cherry tomatoes
* 1 green pepper
* 1 red pepper
* 2 boiled eggs
* 200gr assorted cheese, diced
* 200gr ham, diced
* 1 jar of boiled chickpeas
* Borges Walnuts
* Borges Modena Balsamic Vinegar
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Salt

- * Mix all the ingredients to get a fusion of vivid colours or arrange each ingredient in separate circles according to their colours.

Step by Step
Wash and cup the lettuce into strips. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and grate the carrots. Dice the peppers, ham and cheese. Place everything in a bowl and add the cherry tomatoes, walnuts chopped in quarters and drained chickpeas. Cut boiled eggs in segments and arrange them in a decorative way around the dish. Make a vinaigrette dressing and add it to the salad just a moment before eating. In the summer it is recommendable to store the salad (previous to dressing with vinaigrette) in the fridge before serving.
