Penne with salmon

Ingredients
* 200 g penne
* 200 g smoked salmon
* 150 g feta cheese
* A handful of walnuts
* Fresh basil leaves
* ½ apple in thin slices
For the vinaigrette:
* Borges extra-virgin olive oil
* A spoonful of honey
* A pinch of mustard

Step by Step
Boil the penne following the instructions on the packet until the pasta is cooked al dente.Leave the penne to cool and then add the salmon (in bite-sized chunks), cheese, apple and walnuts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Make a vinaigrette with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil, a spoonful of honey and a pinch of mustard. Add to the pasta salad, stir well and decorate with some fresh basil leaves.
