SAUTÉED LEMON MUSHROOMS

Ingredients
* 500gr of mushrooms
* Juice of 1 lemon
* A dash of Cognac
* 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs
* Salt
* Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Pepper

Step by Step
Clean and chop the mushrooms. Heat oil in a saucepan and add the mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes at low heat and add lemon juice. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste, pour the cognac and add the breadcrumbs. Mix it well with a wooden spoon and after 2 minutes turn off the stove. Serve hot.
